If you change your mind

If you change your mind about purchasing an Easy Tiger product within 24 hours of placing your order, simply complete the form at the bottom of this page and we’ll cancel and refund your order immediately.

If you’re not completely satisfied

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item once it arrives, you can return non-perishable items to us within 7 days and claim a full refund.

The first step is to inform us by sending an email to, stating the reason why you’re not satisfied.

Please note that the item must be in the condition in which it was received, with the exception of perishable goods.

If an item is damaged in transit

Our products are securely packaged to avoid damage, but in the unlikely event that an item is not in pristine condition when it arrives, we’ll replace your order free of charge or offer you a full refund. Exchanges are subject to availability. 

If a non-perishable item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your item arrived, we won’t be able to offer an exchange or refund.

To return an item, please send an email to with the subject line “Return”. Please include pictures of the product with your email, and specify whether you would like to exchange the item or have your purchase refunded. We will not be able to replace or exchange damaged products unless we receive evidence that the item has been damaged. 

If you have disposed of the packaging, you will need to purchase replacement packaging materials at your own cost. If an item is returned to us with damage greater than is shown in your photos, we’ll no longer be able to offer an exchange or refund.

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll inspect it and confirm by email within 7 days whether an exchange or refund is possible.
