Holiday Baking Class at Easy Tiger

Get ready for a festive Gingerbread Baking Class!
Join us in this hands-on baking experience lead by Head Doughpuncher and Easy Tiger Founder, David Norman! We’ll craft a delightful French-style Pain d’épices, a soft spiced cake made with stone-ground flour from Barton Springs Mills.
We’ll also whip up some classic American Gingerbread cookies, perfect for decorating with royal icing. We’ve got gingerbread people cutters and more, but feel free to bring your favorite shapes.
And for a touch of Scandinavian flair, we’ll roll out Swedish Pepparkakor so thin you can practically see through them.
Included in the class package: an Easy Tiger tote bag, a cookie tin, recipes, light bites and bevs. Plus, savor mulled wine and spiced warm cider (non-alcoholic) while you bake. Take your freshly baked loaf and cookies home with you.
