Classic loaves using the finest Artisan flour

Austin Baguette

Classic baguette with a crackly crust, light, airy interior and nutty flavor. Great with young, fresh cheese, alongside salads, soups and saucy dishes, your favorite jam or chocolate hazelnut spread.
Austin Ciabatta

Light, airy Italian bread. Slice horizontally to build an exceptional sandwich. Great for roasted vegetables like eggplant, peppers and zucchini, tomatoes, salumi. Grill or toast, rub with garlic and drizzle with a good olive oil.
Austin Quinoa Sourdough

Our Austin Sourdough with quinoa added in at the end of mixing. This South American ancient grain lends a nutty flavor to our sourdough. Great for salads, hummus, grilled cheese, smoked turkey.
Austin Sourdough

A balanced tangy sourdough flavor makes this an exceptionally food-friendly bread. Leavened only with our wild yeast sourdough starter. Great with stews, smoked meats, creamy soups. Makes a great grilled cheese sandwich.
Austin Walnut Cranberry Sourdough

Our Austin Sourdough studded with walnuts and dried cranberries. Great for cheese boards, especially with ripe cheeses, turkey, toasted and buttered for breakfast.

Easy Burger Buns (8 Pack)

Butter and milk give these buns rich flavor, but they still stand up to the juiciest burger. Great for burgers of all kinds, fried or grilled chicken, your favorite fish, and egg sandwiches.
Easy Hoagie Rolls (6 Pack)

Our baguette dough is specially baked to give a paper-thin crust. Reheat to crispen. Great for deli meats, banh mi fillings, meatballs, fried shrimp and oysters.
Easy Sausage Buns (10 Pack)

Our buttery-rich bun dough is baked into New England-style buns (aka lobster rolls). Pull the buns apart, butter the sides and griddle until golden brown. Great for all sausages, hot dogs or a seafood salad.
Easy Sourdough

Exceptional sourdough flavor in a sandwich loaf— the whole family will love it. Great for morning toast, lunch box sandwiches.
Easy Wheat

100% whole wheat sandwich loaf, just a touch sweet from pure cane syrup and three ancient grains (spelt, emmer and einkorn) added in for flavor and texture. Great for morning toast with jam, lunch box sandwiches, smoked fish, avocado toast.

Hill Country Sourdough

French-style country bread made with a special stone ground wheat flour and a touch of rye, both milled by our friends at Barton Springs Mill. Leavened only with our wild-yeast sourdough starter. Great for aged and ripe cheeses, cured or smoked meats, hearty stews and braised dishes.
Hill Country Rye

Old World rye bread made with locally milled whole rye flour and a natural rye sourdough starter. Great with charcutterie, smoked meats, alpine cheeses, cured salmon and oysters.
Hill Country Focaccia

A touch of locally milled wholewheat and fresh rosemary and olive oil enliven our sheet pan focaccia. Great for vegetable sandwiches, as a side with soup or salad, Italian meats and cheeses.
Hill Country Ciabatta

Versatile, large format ciabatta with some whole spelt flour lending a deep, rustic flavor. Great for sandwiches, Italian entrees, olive oil, deli meats, sharp cheeses, grilled bread and makes a flavorful table bread.
